Payment Methods
Credit Cards
For your convenience, Furniture Gourmet accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®, and American Express®. When entering credit card information, please enter your billing address and telephone number exactly as they appear on the statements from your credit card company. You will also be asked for the security code, which is a three-digit code to the right side of the back strip on MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and is a four-digit code on the front of an American Express card. We also accept PayPal payments, and may add other checkout options in the future.
Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Money Order
Furniture Gourmet also accepts payment by cashiers check, certified check, or money order. Print out the completed order form and mail, along with contact information and payment, to: Customer Service - Furniture Gourmet 4319 S. National Avenue, #143 Springfield, MO 65810-2607
Shipping Charges and Policies
Most items are sized to be shippable via UPS, Fed-X, the US Postal Service, or other comparable service. Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of freight damage. Most return charges will also be the responsibility of the customer. We do request that you notify us of your desire to send merchandise back and to return it within seven (7) days of its arrival in your home. We cannot guarantee the length of time it will take for you to receive your shipments to an APO or FPO address. These may also incur additional charges. We will notify you if that is the case. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may also incur additional charges. Furniture Gourmet does not sell or ship outside the United States.

Rush Delivery Charges

Sales Tax
Any shipments within the state of Missouri will be charged current state and local sales tax rates. Local sales tax charged are based on Springfield, MO, sales tax rates, the location of Furniture Gourmet headquarters. For orders shipped outside the state of Missouri, Furniture Gourmet is not required to collect sales tax.

When you open your package from Furniture Gourmet, our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the look and quality of the item you ordered, and that your item arrived safely. If you are not completely satisfied, please return immediately for full refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. We strive to keep all items in stock and ready to go (unless designated as special order items), but if we are caught without something, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Damaged Deliveries
